Runners
Running is not just putting one foot in front of the other. While it is a natural movement and something, we should all be able to do, it can cause injuries and discomfort if done incorrectly. When done properly, it can be a rewarding and effective fitness activity.
Things that need to be considered include:
base level of fitness
distance your planning to run - do I have enough time to train for that specific distance
rate of progressions
types of runs
cross training and/or strength training
