Don’t worry you can still get quality fitness in. Below are six strength training exercises you can do to get a full body workout when time is tight:
Squat and press - do 3 sets of 10
Lunge with bicep curls - do 3 sets of 10
Straight leg deadlifts with bent over row - do 3 sets of 10
Push up - do 3 sets of 10
Bridging with hip external rotation - do 3 sets of 10
Planks - hold for 30-60 seconds and do 3 reps
